Refund policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact Pawza within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll arrange a return and issue a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
